It is possible to have pre-ordered media sent to you by post within Germany. You can find the instructions HERE and the form for sending books HERE.

You can return media well packaged by post (address: Ansbach University Library, Residenzstr. 8, 91522 Ansbach) or via our automatic return machine in the foyer (machine is accessible Mon.-Fri. from 6.00-24.00).
Borrowable and renewable media are automatically renewed by the library system a total of 5 times for a further 4 weeks in each case. If there are reservations on media, these will not be renewed. You will receive an e-mail informing you that you must return the items in question.
Reminders: The 1st and 2nd reminders will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address entered in your account. Please check your e-mail account regularly.
