Rules of behaviour

If you do not comply with the following rules, your CampusCard will be blocked for unattended opening.

  1. Access to the library is only permitted after authentication with your own CampusCard/library card. To authorise unattended access, you must complete the form below.
  2. It is forbidden for more than one person to enter the library with just one CampusCard/library card - regardless of whether or not they have an authorisation. Each person may only enter and leave the library with their own CampusCard/library card.
Persons with walking disabilities receive separate access and separate instruction.
  3. The library is to be used as considerately as possible.
  4. The library is intended exclusively as a place to study and work. Any other use is forbidden.
  5. Smoking and alcoholic drinks are forbidden in the library.
  6. Items may only be taken out of the library if they have been borrowed from the self-checkout desk. Otherwise this is considered theft (a criminal offence) and will be punished as such. If the self-checkout system is not working properly, it is not possible to take items out of the library.

Note:

Please fill in the form below, your CampusCard/library card will then be manually activated by us for unattended access. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as your card has been activated.
